When we are young we accept the world that is presented to us and we embrace ourselves and our experiences at face value. As we age and life respnsibilities push in on us, we often put away ourself in favor of meeting the expectations of others. We often lose ourselves along the way. We forget how to play, how to create, how to truly connect to ourselves in the moment. Most of us hit a certain stage in life and we suddenly realize that there must be more, this can not be all that there is. We go through our days one foot in front of the other, pushing forward and living up to society and family expectations, but something feels missing. Something is off. We have lost ourselves along life’s path. 

Creating Mindfulness was born out of such a need. Since its conception Dorothy & Jen have set out to discover a way back to self. We have developed a program that has helped ourselves and others find that missing connection. We are passionate about sharing this discovery with others. About Our Private Coaching

Our coaching sessions are customizable and designed to help you achieve your desired goals. All sessions will follow our unique framework that we have developed and tested throughout our work in Creating Mindfulness. Once you submit your request via the form below, we will begin by sending you an intake questionnaire (or click on the button above to fill it out today) and to schedule your FREE 30 minute discovery session where we will discuss your specific needs. From there we will design a program to help you reach your goals!
